Why do you have a .com.au domain name - Are you based in Australia?

I wish. No, we used to be but didn't enjoy the weather (We don't mind a drop of rain) and moved back to the West Midlands where we intend to live out our days in the drizzle. We decided to keep the .com.au domain name because it's aged like a fine wine and it's a talking point.

Can you really get us high search engine rankings?

Probably - unless you want to rank #1 in Google for the term 'viagra' or 'dvd' in which case, we'll pass on that project thanks. It's not really very hard to rank for the terms that are going to deliver you paying customers. You just need to figure out which terms to chase, optimise the page accordingly and get the right kind of links into your site.

Couldn't I just do it all myself?

Oh yes, of course you could. Given the time and expertise you could do just about anything yourself. You probably wouldn't have much time left for your core business though.

Will you still be around in 6 months to support me?

Yes, we've been doing this for over 12 years now (I feel rather old saying that) and we aren't going anywhere. We have built lots of strong relationships with clients over the years and hope very much to build some more.
