"All about traphic marketing"

traphic was born 5 years ago in Adelaide, Australia to Internet marketer, James Wittering - That's me!. I've been doing web marketing and conversion consultancy for over 12 years, mostly for other people, until 2003 when I 'struck out' on my own to create an holistic web marketing consultancy.

Why?

Because web marketing always seems to find itself as an afterthought in the minds and business strategies of most web design companies, tacked on to the end of project proposals with superfluous and laughable promises and phrases such as: "We'll submit your site to over 1000 search engines" or "We guarantee to have you ranking number 1 in Google". The fact of the matter being rarely is there anything of substance in an Internet company’s web marketing and conversion promises because their core business is designing and building websites not web marketing! 

So the main reasons for actually investing in a website in the first place – i.e., for leads and sales - often get lost somewhere between the story boards and the hosting plan, leaving clients pleased with the 'look and feel' of their website but ultimately disillusioned and disappointed with the amount of sales it produces or leads it generates.

In a nutshell, our philosophy at traphic is to consider the bigger picture – i.e., approach each project holistically and make sure that your investment into a website returns what it's supposed to. And we do this is in a friendly, consultative, interactive and reasonably jargon free manner with the experience and expertise to back it all up..

Our resources include very creative designers, quite geeky programmers, database geniuses, usability monkeys, video marvels and the odd obligatory web marketing 'guru' so you'll always be dealing with the right pro for the job at hand.
